Attention All Wineries and Washington Distributors:

Non-Fortified Wine

Non-fortified wine qualifies for the lower tax rate. When reporting, place this wine in the Non-Fortified column to calculate and pay the lower rate. Reference RCW 66.04.010(46)(a) for description of Non-Fortified and Fortified wine.
